Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vrex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vrex is a multimodal AI studio providing text-to-speech and voice cloning, image generation, video generation, music generation, avatars, and related APIs. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate real individuals — their voice, likeness, or identity — without their consent
• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models
• Resell access without a written agreement

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate, and you are responsible for how you use them. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you upload.

Paid usage draws from account credit purchased through Polar, our Merchant of Record. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Vrex retains ownership of the Service, its models, and all related intellectual property. Assets you upload and any voice models derived from your samples belong to you and are deleted upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
